It's a creek!!! A crick is something you get in your neck.

If I was in England it would be a trolley but here it's a shopping cart.

I knew people who used the word "davenport" but I think they did it because it made them sound "smart". I call it a sofa or a couch.

Dinner. I had a friend that used to call "lunch" supper and drove me batty.
