It's probably a good thing I was so productive yesterday because today's dark and dingy weather has sapped my will to do anything except drink coffee and read.

I had an eye appointment this morning and when I came out of the building it was dark and rainy. I sighed and thought briefly about bagging all plans to exercise, but I persevered and had a good workout.

I haven't done anything of importance since I got home except download my husband Nick Cave's new album. It came out today in UK and doesn't come out for another month in the US. I bit the bullet and bought the mp3's off of the Mute website. I shouldn't be expected to wait another month for Nick Cave. Don't these people know I have NEEDS? I don't have a problem. So far I'd give it a three out of four goth chick salute. I'm not all the way through it, though. Nick needs to get rid of that ugly mustache. He never pays attention to me.

I'm going to do some cooking today and I'm going to try and bake some healthy cookies. We'll see how far I get.
